CEO & Chairman
Mr. Lobo was named Chairman of the Board in July 2014 and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since 2012. He joined the Company as a Group President in April 2011. Prior thereto, he held leadership roles over eight years with Johnson & Johnson, including president of Ethicon Endo-Surgery. Mr. Lobo is also a director of Parker-Hannifin Corporation, a manufacturer of motion and control technologies and systems.
Mr. Lobo's global business and leadership experience across multiple industries, including healthcare, enables him to provide valuable insight to the Board regarding the Company's operations and the strategic planning initiatives necessary to meet the demands of the changing environment. As the sole member of management on our Board, he provides management's business perspectives and the necessary link to the day-to-day operations.

Bill Berry
Chief Administrative Officer & Vice President
William (Bill) E. Berry Jr. became Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer in August 2021. Bill has oversight responsibility for the global accounting and financial functions and is responsible for internal reporting and consolidations, SEC and external reporting, financial accounting research, policies and procedures and our finance training and development programs. In addition, he is responsible for our global tax and internal audits.
Bill joined Stryker in August 2011 as corporate controller. Before joining us, he served as the assistant corporate controller for Whirlpool Corporation, the world's leading global manufacturer and marketer of major home appliances, leading the accounting and reporting functions for the multi-national company. Previous roles include controller of the Electronics and Safety Division of Delphi Automotive LLP, a leading global vehicle components manufacturer from 2007 to 2009, and director of finance for global powertrain at Federal-Mogul Corporation, a leading global supplier of vehicle and industrial products.
He began his career in public accounting at Deloitte & Touche LLP and earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in accounting from Eastern Michigan University. Bill is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Alan Douville
Vice President & Chief Information Officer
Alan Douville became Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer in September 2018. Alan leads our Global Information Technology Teams. He is responsible for the development and execution of our global information systems, as well as our information security vision, strategy and policy.
Alan joined Stryker in January 2015, and since then he has been pivotal in defining and executing our major IT transformational programs.
Previously he served as Whirlpool's Vice President of Global Information Systems Operations and Security, as well as Chief Information Officer of North America. Prior to Whirlpool, Alan was Senior Vice President of IT with Diageo PLC.
Alan earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and an MBA from the University of Maine. He is a certified information systems security professional (CISSP).

Robert S. Fletcher
Vice President & Chief Legal Officer
Robert is responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of our global legal, compliance and corporate secretary functions.
Throughout his career, he has gained deep leadership experience through managing complex, global business issues and has delivered strong results in the medical technology industry.
Prior to joining us, Robert spent 15 years with Johnson & Johnson where he held multiple legal leadership roles including worldwide vice president of litigation and general counsel for the medical device and pharmaceutical sectors. He also served as corporate counsel for General Electric Aircraft Engines (now GE Aviation), which included work in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and divestitures. Before GE, Robert worked in private practice where he focused on corporate and real estate law.
He earned a bachelor's degree in political science from The Ohio State University and a doctorate in law from Boston College Law School.

Lindsay Gardner
Vice President
Lindsey Gardner joined Stryker as Vice President, Treasurer in April 2024 Lindsay is responsible for our global Treasury function including treasury, risk, insurance and aviation.
Prior to joining us, Lindsay spent 23 years with GE where she most recently served as Deputy Treasurer, leading corporate finance activities across credit ratings, capital structure, capital allocation, liquidity and bank relationships. In that role, Lindsay led the simplification and strengthening of the balance sheet to support the company's transformation and growth strategy. Prior to serving as Deputy Treasurer, Lindsay held various finance and risk management leadership positions in GE, including corporate audit, stress testing and capital adequacy.
Lindsay holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Pennsylvania State University.

Dana McMahon
Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer
Dana McMahon became Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer in January 2021. Dana leads global compliance and privacy activities at Stryker. Prior to her current role, Dana served as Chief Legal Counsel and led a global legal and compliance team advising on regulatory and quality, manufacturing and supply, technology and cybersecurity, commercial and government contracting, and privacy.
Dana has more than 15 years of experience in the life sciences industry. She joined Stryker in 2017 from Novo Nordisk, where she served as Assistant General Counsel. During her 14-year career at Novo Nordisk, Dana held several positions of escalating responsibility within the legal team, overseeing support to the commercial, regulatory, clinical, medical affairs, compliance, and government affairs organizations. Dana has worked extensively on matters related to product development and commercialization, market access and compliance. Previously, Dana worked in private practice at O'Melveny in New York City.
Dana received her law degree from New York University School of Law and her bachelor's degree from Hamilton College.

Giovanni Caforio

Dr. Caforio has been CEO of Bristol Myers Squibb since May 2015 and assumed the role of Chairman of the Board in May 2017. As CEO, Dr. Caforio oversaw the acquisition of Celgene and has led the company's focus on researching and developing transformational medicines, which includes leading portfolios in oncology, hematology, immunology and cardiovascular disease. Previously, he spent 12 years with Abbott Laboratories in a number of leadership positions. Dr. Caforio also served as the Chairman of the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA), a trade association representing pharmaceutical companies in the United States. Dr. Caforio adds extensive experience to our board as both a physician and a business leader. As CFO of Starbucks, Ms. Ruggeri is responsible for the global finance function, including developing and executing financial strategies. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President of Global Retail, with responsibility for the retail portfolio of Starbucks including company-operated and licensed/franchised stores across the globe. Since joining Starbucks in 2001, Ms. Ruggeri has held a variety of finance leadership positions within its North America and US businesses and led its Corporate Finance and Planning function.

Rajeev Suri

From 2009 to 2014, he was Chief Executive Officer of Nokia Solutions and Networks (previously Nokia Siemens Networks). Much of his nearly 30-year career has been spent in leadership roles at Nokia. He is also a United Nations Broadband Commissioner, a member of the steering committee of the Digital Communications Industry and a member of the stewardship Board of Health and Healthcare System Initiative at the World Economic Forum.
Mr. Suri has deep business experience working across a range of functions, including strategy, mergers and acquisitions, marketing and sales. He has led a transformation of Nokia through significant portfolio adjustments, including the acquisition of Alcatel-Lucent, and has strong global experience. This background and Mr. Suri's extensive knowledge across a range of technology solutions are expected to provide critical input to our Board.

She is also a director of AstraZeneca plc, a global, science-led biopharmaceutical company, and Kimberly-Clark Corporation, a multinational personal care corporation. Ms. McCoy has deep global experience as well as strong knowledge regarding mergers and acquisitions and the management of complex organizational structures. These skills, along with her background in the medical technology industry and extensive experience in a public company environment, enable her to bring valuable insights to our Board.

Ronda E. Stryker

Granddaughter of the founder of the Company and daughter of a former President of the Company. She is also Vice Chair and a director of Greenleaf Trust, a Michigan chartered bank, Vice Chair of Spelman College, a trustee of Kalamazoo College and member of the Harvard Medical School Board of Fellows.
Ms. Stryker brings a strong interest in advocating the benefits of diversity and various matters regarding social responsibility. As the Company's largest individual shareholder and a member of the founding family, she brings a strong shareholder perspective, unlike that of any other member of our Board, making her a valuable component of a well-rounded Board.
