In this role, she leads HPE Financial Services, the global financing and asset management organization that supports HPE's edge-to-cloud strategy, and helps customers and partners accelerate their transformation. Headquartered in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, HPE Financial Services has regional locations in Dublin, Ireland, and Singapore and services 55 countries. HPEFS teams operate the world's largest IT manufacturer refurbishing facilities, processing 3 to 4 million assets every year, with the vast majority refurbished and reused. Gerri has developed a passion for taking niche opportunities and scaling them into global businesses. This includes the Asset Management unit of HPEFS which is now a core component of HPE's edge-to-cloud strategy. Prior to this role, Gerri Gold was the SVP and Chief Operating Officer of HPE Financial Services. Her achievements are built on a base of strong financial acumen, customer and market intimacy, and a willingness to make bold moves. She was responsible for introducing the IT-financing industry's first "asset upcycling" solution and Circular Economy Report, tapping into the changing value systems of today's buyer. She also held a range of leadership roles at HP, Compaq Financial Services, and AT&T and was one of the founding members of AT&T Capital Corp. She has led through a number of mergers & divestures at AT&T and with Compaq-HP. Gerri currently serves on two boards. At Climb Global Solutions (NASDAQ: CLMB), she is the chair of the Risk and Security Committee and sits on the Compensation Committee. The bank is a fully licensed European Bank operating in over 20 European countries with over $4.7 billion in assets. Hotard Justin Executive Vice President Justin leads HPE's High Performance Computing (HPC) & Artificial Intelligence (AI) business group. The HPC & AI teams provide crucial digital transformation and artificial intelligence capabilities to customers who are involved in addressing some of the world's most complex problems through data intensive workloads. The HPC & AI portfolio includes the HPE Cray EX, HPE Cray AI Development Environment, HPE Apollo, HPE Superdome Flex, and HPE NonStop solutions. Justin's business also includes Hewlett Packard Labs, the central applied research group for the company, established in 1966 by founders Bill Hewlett and David Packard. While at HPE, Justin previously served as president & managing director of HPE Japan. In that role, he was responsible for all people and business operations in Japan, overseeing HPE's activity in the region to drive growth across the full portfolio of hardware, software, and services. John Schultz Executive Vice President Mr. John F. Schultz, J.D., is Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer, Secretary of the Company. Mr. Schultz has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer and Secretary of Hewlett Packard Enterprise since December 2017. Mr. Schultz previously served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Hewlett Packard Enterprise from November 2015 to December 2017. In this role, Alan has worldwide responsibility for Hewlett Packard Enterprise's strategic human resources activities, including workforce development and organization effectiveness, benefits and compensation, staffing and retention, global inclusion and diversity, and HR processes and information management. Prior to joining Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Alan worked at The Boeing Company for eight years, where he most recently led HR for the company's Commercial Airplanes division.
