Pierre Beaudoin
Executive Chairman & Director
Pierre Beaudoin is Chairman of the Board of Bombardier Inc. Prior to assuming this position, Mr. Beaudoin served as Executive Chairman of the Board of Bombardier Inc. from 2015 to 2017. From 2008 to 2015, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation, where he oversaw global operations and strategy, as well as the development of its four business segments. He also led the program launch of Bombardier's largest commercial aircraft, the C Series mainliners. In October of 2001, Mr. Beaudoin moved from the position of President of Business Aircraft, Bombardier Aerospace to President and COO of Bombardier Aerospace where he served until 2008. In this role, he took over responsibility for all operations and product divisions of the Corporation's aerospace business. During his tenure, he built a world-class culture by emphasizing customer focus, employee engagement and continuous improvement. Mr. Beaudoin first joined Bombardier in 1985 in the Marine Products Division. He quickly moved up in responsibility and position, from Vice President of Product Development for Bombardier's Sea-Doo/Ski-Doo Division in 1990, Executive Vice President of the same division in 1992 and President in 1994. In April 1996, he was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer of Bombardier's Recreational Products Group with operational responsibility for six product lines: marine products (Sea-Doo watercraft and sport boats), snowmobiles (the Ski-Doo product line), Bombardier ATVs, the Bombardier NV, utility vehicles and the Bombardier-Rotax engine facility located in Austria. Mr. Beaudoin began his career as Canadian Customer Service Manager for BIC Sport Inc. after studying industrial relations at McGill University in Montreal. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Power Corporation of Canada.

Bart Demosky
CFO & Executive Vice President
Bart Demosky was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in November 2020. He brings to Bombardier recognized leadership and extensive experience acquired within public industrial companies undergoing transformation. He is an accomplished senior executive with a long track record of creating value through innovation and building high performing teams. In his most recent role as President & CEO of Universal Rail Systems Inc., Mr. Demosky was responsible for executing the successful restructuring and turnaround of Canada's leading rail infrastructure and services company. Under his leadership, Universal established itself as the partner of choice across Canada for maintenance, infrastructure and integrated rail projects and services.
Prior to joining Universal Rail, Mr. Demosky served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Canadian Pacific Railway Limited during its transformation from 2013 to 2015. Previously, Mr. Demosky was the Chief Financial Officer of Canada's largest integrated oil company, Suncor Energy Inc., from 2009 to 2013 and held various other executive positions during his eight years with the company, including Senior Vice-President Business Services and Vice-President and Treasurer.
Mr. Demosky brings over 30 years of leadership and operating experience in the transportation, energy, infrastructure and services industries. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Calgary and is an Honours graduate from the University of Calgary's Management Development Program.
He has been an active leader on community and corporate boards - most recently serving on the Board of the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology - where he chaired the Audit Committee and was a member of the Investment and Executive Committees.

J. R. Andre Bombardier

Mr. J. R. Andre Bombardier joined Bombardier in 1969 as Vice President, Industrial Division. He successively held the positions of Vice President, Research and Development, Ski-Doo Division (1970), Assistant to the President and in charge of new products (1973), Vice President of Marketing, Marine Products Division (1975) and President of Roski Ltd., a subsidiary of Bombardier (1976). He became Vice Chairman in 1978.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of BRP Inc.

Michel Ouellette
Executive Vice President
Michel Ouellette, Executive Vice President of Specialized Aircraft, Programs and Engineering for Bombardier Aviation, is responsible for ensuring all business aircraft products remain on the cutting-edge of the business jet industry. He oversees the development and engineering of new products, new product enhancements as well as sustaining activities for our entire portfolio. Mr. Ouellette is also responsible for the Specialized aircraft business and ensuring its growth in Bombardier Aviation.
As Senior Vice President, Global 7500 Program, Business Aircraft, Mr. Ouellette oversaw the complete progra m and ensured the successful entry-into-service of the Global 7500, a game-changing business jet, in December of 2018.
He is a dynamic senior executive with extensive aerospace experience who is focused on operational excellence, the highest levels of customer satisfaction, and on the foundation of all businesses: people.
Mr. Ouellette started his career at Bombardier Aerospace in 1990 as a mechanical engineer in the experimental engineering department. In 1997, he assumed management of the wind tunnel experimental group and subsequently occupied different management positions in Core Engineering and with the Commercial Aircraft business unit.
In 2004, he joined the Challenger aircraft team and held the roles of Director, Engineering and Director, Paint Shop and Wiring Fabrication. In 2006, he was appointed General Manager of the Challenger 300 aircraft program with overall responsibility for operations including final assembly and interior completion, as well as deliveries of Challenger 300 aircraft.
In 2009, Mr. Ouellette was promoted to Vice President & General Manager, Challenger aircraft programs, and he assumed overall responsibility for all Challenger aircraft programs. During his time in this role, he was instrumental in implementing various lean manufacturing projects that led to significant efficiency gains and customer satisfaction while driving employee engagement to new heights.
In April 2013, Mr. Ouellette served as Vice President & General Manager, Global Aircraft Programs. He was responsible for the flagship Global 5000 and Global 6000 aircraft programs, the entire life cycle of Global aircraft, and assembly sites in Toronto and Montreal.
Mr. Ouellette then led the Customer Services & Specialized and Amphibious Aircraft division as of January 2014. He was responsible for the overall customer service network for both business and commercial aircraft, including Parts Services, Customer Services and Support for Business and Commercial Aircraft, Aircraft Service Centres, Aircraft Training, Sales, Marketing and Service Programs, as well as specialized and amphibious aircraft.
In June 2015, Mr. Ouellette was appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Business Aircraft, where he was responsible for all aircraft programs in production and the procurement group. Later that year, he became Senior Vice President, Global 7500 Program at Bombardier Business Aircraft.
A native of Montreal, Quebec, Canada, Mr. Ouellette holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University, in Montreal.

Jean-Christophe Gallagher
Executive Vice President
Jean-Christophe Gallagher is Executive Vice President, Services and Support, and Corporate Strategy at Bombardier Aviation. He is mandated to define, implement and evolve the company's long-term strategy to expand the aftermarket business while ensuring the customer experience is nothing short of exceptional around the world, day in and day out.
With a customer-centric approach at the core of the company's values, Mr. Gallagher also leads the strategic planning process, aligning enterprise-wide functions to create long-term value at every step of the business jet lifecycle.
In the last four years, as Vice President and General Manager, Customer Experience, Mr. Gallagher has instilled the call to action "Bring Our Jets Home" across his worldwide organization of approximately 2,500 employees. He and his team have increased Bombardier's service centre capacity, expanded its customer offerings and applied a relentless focus on customer satisfaction.
Mr. Gallagher joined Bombardier in 2002 as an engineering professional in Advanced Product Development. He has held various positions of increasing responsibility in the fields of engineering, program management, strategy, communications and marketing.
Mr. Gallagher is actively involved in developing the business aviation industry in Canada and internationally, and he sits on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Business Aviation Association.
He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering majoring in Aerospace (Honours) and is a member of the Ordre des ingenieurs du Quebec. He earned his private pilot's license in 1997. He is an accomplished photographer whose favourite subjects are his wife and two daughters.
Mr. Gallagher is based at Bombardier Aviation headquarters in Montreal, Canada.

John Di Bert
Executive Vice President & Senior Vice President
Prior to joining Bombardier in August 2015, Mr. Di Bert spent 14 years at Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC). He was first hired as Manager, Financial Accounting and Reporting, before being promoted to positions of increasing responsibility. In July 2002, he took on the role of Director, Finance for WSK PZL, a former state-owned aerospace manufacturer based in Poland which had just been acquired by UTC. He then served as P&WC's Corporate Controller, where he elaborated a foreign currency hedging policy and program that integrated risk management, cash management, financial planning and financial accounting requirements. In October 2004, John Di Bert became Director, Finance, Customer Service and in 2007, he was appointed Vice President, Finance. Over a seven-year period, he designed, developed and implemented various company-wide initiatives that helped maintain sound financial performance while P&WC was launching critical strategic investments. In parallel, he contributed to building a healthy, well-funded pension plan as Chairman of the Pension Committee. In January 2014, he was appointed Vice President, Customer Service; a position he occupied until he was recruited by Bombardier. Earlier in his career, Mr. Di Bert worked at Rolls-Royce Canada as Manager, Financial Accounting and Reporting from 1999 to 2001 and at KPMG as Senior Auditor for major clients including manufacturing, retail and distribution companies from 1997 to 1999. In 2009, he was selected as one of Canada's "Top 40 Under 40" in recognition of his achievements in the private sector. He has also been an active leader in supporting Centraide/United Way campaigns as well as numerous other volunteer projects for not-for-profit organizations.

Diane Giard
Executive Vice President & Director
Ms. Diane Giard is the Executive Vice President ¿¿¿ Personal-Commercial Banking and Marketing of National Bank of Canada since March 2017. She is also Member of the Office of the President. She joined National Bank of Canada in 2011 as Executive Vice President ¿¿¿ Marketing and less than a year later became responsible for Personal & Commercial Banking. Ms. Giard has more than 30 years¿¿¿ experience in the banking industry, including several years at The Bank of Nova Scotia (Scotiabank), which she joined in 1982 and where she held various executive positions such as Senior Vice President of Qu¿¿bec & Eastern Ontario Region. Ms. Giard has a Bachelor¿¿¿s degree in Economics from the Universit¿¿ de Montr¿¿al and an MBA from UQAM.

David Murray
Senior Vice President
As Senior Vice President, Transformation, Operational Excellence and Information Technology (IT) at Bombardier, David Murray is responsible for enhancing Bombardier's transformation through its Operational Excellence system, IT roadmap and cost-reduction initiatives.
David's mandate is to accelerate initiatives and further strengthen Bombardier's organizational capabilities into the future. His focus is on increasing the productivity and effectiveness of Bombardier's business processes and IT tools to maximize organizational performance. These key elements will enable Bombardier to achieve its business priorities in alignment with the company's strategic plan.
David brings 30 years of experience in the fields of supply chain, operations, information technology and innovation. He worked at Bombardier for 10 years before joining Hydro-Quebec in 2015, where he was more recently appointed Head of Innovation and Executive Vice-President for Production. During his career at Bombardier, David held various positions of increasing responsibilities, including General Manager of Challenger Programs, Vice President of Global 5000 and Global 6000 Completions, and Vice President and General Manager of Learjet. Prior to joining Bombardier, he honed his skills at various organizations, such as Flextronics, Nortel and Rolls-Royce.
David holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from HEC Montreal and is based at Bombardier headquarters in Dorval, Quebec.

Steeve Robitaille

Steeve Robitaille is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Bombardier Inc. since May 2019. In this role, he leads the company¿¿¿s legal function and is responsible for Bombardier¿¿¿s corporate governance matters, as well as insurance and risk management programs.Steeve has more than 25 years of high-level legal and transaction experience. Prior to joining Bombardier, he served as Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President, Merger and Acquisitions and Corporate Secretary for WSP, one of the world's leading engineering professional services firms, since 2017.

Dan Brennan
Senior Vice President
Daniel (Dan) Brennan has been Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Bombardier Inc. since February 2017. In this role, he leads Bombardier's global HR function. His responsibilities include building and executing world-class strategies for talent development, employee engagement and labor relations in support of the Company's turnaround plan. Mr. Brennan brings more than three decades of experience to Bombardier, including extensive experience in North America, Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Bombardier, Mr. Brennan served as Group Human Resource and Talent Development Director at CRH plc, a leading global building materials group headquartered in Dublin, Ireland with over 89,000 employees in 31 countries. In this position, Mr. Brennan had executive responsibility for the group's human resource function and execution of CRH's global Talent Management strategy. Previously, Mr. Brennan held a number of senior Human Resource leadership roles with leading international companies including ISS World Services, Electronic Data Systems, Hewlett-Packard and Xerox Corporation. In these positions, Mr. Brennan played a key role in the execution of both restructuring programs to drive improved business performance, and executing employee engagement and talent development initiatives to support business growth.

Peter Likoray
Senior Vice President
As Senior Vice President, Sales, New Aircraft, at Bombardier Aviation, Peter Likoray is responsible for growing sales opportunities and expanding the market of Bombardier's industry-leading business aircraft.
Mr. Likoray joined Bombardier Business Aircraft as Sales Director, Canada, in 2005. He enjoyed great success in this role and, in 2011, was promoted to Regional Vice President, Sales, Eastern U.S. In 2014, he was named Vice President, Sales, U.S. & Canada, assuming responsibility for all sales activities in North America. In the past 10 years, he has been successful at increasing Bombardier Business Aircraft's market share with the public and private sectors in the U.S. market, introducing new product lines in the Canadian market and expanding Bombardier's customer base in Canada, Europe and the U.S.
In April 2015, he assumed the role of Senior Vice President, Sales at Bombardier Business Aircraft, and held that position until his current role. His team was accountable for all new and pre-owned business aircraft sales at Bombardier.
With over 25 years of experience within the industry, Mr. Likoray has gained profound knowledge of the aerospace sector, especially aircraft sales. He started his career at Bombardier Amphibious Aircraft in 1990 as a Customer Support Provisioning Analyst and, in 1995, joined that division's Customer Support team. Two years later, he was promoted to Manager, Spare Parts Sales, where, in addition to sales, he oversaw pricing, divisional spares inventory, warranties, repair and overhaul. In 1998, he joined the Amphibious Aircraft Sales team and held leadership positions of increasing responsibility.
Prior to joining Bombardier, he gained valuable experience through positions he held at Oerlikon Aerospace Inc. as well as at CAE Electronics Ltd.
Mr. Likoray is based at Bombardier Business Aircraft headquarters in Montreal, Canada.

Francois Ouellette
Senior Vice President
Francois Ouellette is Senior Vice President, Legal Services and Contracts, Bombardier Aviation. Reporting directly to the President and CEO of Bombardier, Francois is responsible for overseeing all legal services and contracts related to the world's leading business aircraft manufacturer.
Francois has extensive experience in corporate and contractual law. He began his career in 1992 as a commercial litigator at Mackenzie Gervais (now known as Borden Ladner Gervais), one Canada's leading law firms. He joined Bombardier as Legal Counsel at Bombardier Aerospace in 1997 and was appointed Senior Legal Counsel, Bombardier Aerospace in 1999. Within two months, he was promoted to Director, Legal Services, Bombardier Aerospace.
In 2004, Francois was appointed Vice President, Legal Services, Bombardier Aerospace. Since 2014, he held the role of Vice President, Legal Services, Contracts, Fleet Account Management and Pre-owned Aircraft for Bombardier Business Aircraft.
In 2007, LEXPERT, the business magazine for lawyers, ranked him as one of the top 40 lawyers in Canada under 40. He has also taught commercial law at the University of Montreal Business School (HEC Montreal).
A graduate of the University of Ottawa with a degree in Civil Law and Common Law (with Honours), Francois also holds a degree in Sciences from the University of Moncton. He has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 1992.

Annie Torkia Lagace
Senior Vice President
Annie Torkia Lagace was appointed Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in December 2020. Annie brings over 20 years of experience in the fields of corporate and commercial law, most recently serving as an Executive Vice-President of Stornoway Diamond Corporation, where she led various functions, including legal, corporate development, finance and asset protection.
Prior to joining Stornoway, she was Senior Legal Counsel for the Eastern Canadian Iron Ore division of Cliffs Natural Resources, where she notably handled legal aspects of the operations of two iron ore mines, a $1 billion mine expansion project, a pellet plant, as well as rail and port operations.
Ms. Torkia Lagace also previously practiced law in the Business Law Groups of Stikeman Elliott LLP and Blake, Cassels and Graydon LLP, two of Canada's largest business law firms, where she developed extensive knowledge of sophisticated financings and M&A transactions involving large national and multinational corporations. During her years practicing at Blakes, she spent four years at Blake's Beijing office.
Born in Quebec City, she holds a Bachelor's degree in both civil and common law from the University of Ottawa and an MBA from the Kellogg-Schulich executive MBA program (Northwestern University in Chicago and York University in Toronto). She is a member of the Quebec bar.

Eve Laurier
Vice President
Eve Laurier was appointed Vice President, Communications, Public Affairs and Marketing at Bombardier in May 2021. A seasoned professional and senior executive leader, Eve brings more than 20 years of knowledge and experience in public relations, communications, corporate marketing and branding to Bombardier. Her mandate is to lead the company's community engagement, employee and customer outreach, and steward the brand journey internally and externally, around the world.
Prior to joining Bombardier, Eve held several senior leadership roles including serving as a General Manager at Edelman's Montreal office where she was instrumental in helping businesses and organizations evolve, promote and protect their brands and reputations. She was also Vice President, Strategic Relations at Richter, an accounting and financial consulting firm. Her impressive knowledge of communications and marketing was honed with various roles and responsibilities at other well-known agencies and organizations, including Publicite Martin, Sprint Communications and Publicis/BCP.
Actively committed to causes close to her heart, Eve also donates much of her time pro bono to organizations such as the Marie-Vincent Foundation, whose mission is to support children and adolescents who are victims of sexual and physical violence.
Eve's accomplishments and her participation in numerous conferences and charitable activities, as well as by her presence on corporate boards have contributed to her recognition as a role model for future generations of women. In 2020, she received the Prix Coup de Coeur from the Association des femmes en finances du Quebec, and she was also an award finalist in the Leadership, Femmes d'exception category at the 2020 Les Mercuriades gala, a prestigious business contest organized by the Federation des chambres de commerce du Quebec (FCCQ). In 2018, she was part of a small group of women leaders from around the world selected to participate in the International Women's Forum Fellows Program - an intensive leadership development program in partnership with Harvard Business School and INSEAD.
Based in Montreal, Quebec, Eve holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from McGill and HEC Montreal and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University.

Sylvain Levesque
Vice President
Since 2010, Sylvain Levesque leads strategy at Bombardier. In this role, he heads the strategic planning process, evaluates the value creation potential of each business in Bombardier's portfolio and develops the strategy for capital allocation and evolution of the portfolio. In 2005, Mr. Levesque was named Vice President, Finance, Marketing, Contracts and Administration for Bombardier Flexjet. At Flexjet, his mandate was to create strategies to accelerate growth and realize the full potential of Bombardier's fractional jet ownership program. He designed and launched several new innovative business jet services, which contributed strongly to Flexjet's 20% annual order growth during his tenure. Mr. Levesque previously held the position of Vice President, Strategy and Business Development, Bombardier Aerospace. He joined Bombardier in 1999 as Director, Strategic Planning and the following year was named Vice President, Strategic Planning and Six Sigma for Bombardier Recreational Products. Prior to joining Bombardier, Mr. Levesque worked at McKinsey & Company. He is a graduate of the University of Sherbrooke with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering, and earned a master's degree and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Mike Nadolski

Michael (Mike) B. Nadolski was appointed Vice President, Communications and Public Affairs, Bombardier Inc. on June 20, 2016.In this position, he is responsible for leading the company's internal and external communications activities, including media relations and employee communications. He is also responsible for Bombardier's community and government affairs activities.Prior to joining Bombardier, Mike served as the Vice President of Communications for United Technologies Corporation (UTC), where he led UTC's global Communications function with responsibility for worldwide internal and external communications, including public relations, advertising, community affairs and employee communications.

Francois Caza
Chief Technology Officer
Francois Caza graduated from McGill University in 1984 in Aeronautical Engineering. He joined Bombardier Aerospace that same year where he started his career as Manager, Structures and was later promoted to Director, Technical Engineering. In 2004, his leadership and technical expertise led him to be appointed to the position of Vice President and Chief Engineer. In September 2014, Francois Caza was appointed Vice President, Product Development and Chief Engineer of the new Product Development Engineering, Aerospace group within Bombardier's new organizational structure. He leads and oversees Core Engineering, the Integrated Product Development Teams, the Bombardier Flight Test Center, Product Integrity and Airworthiness, as well as Strategic Technology and Advanced Product Development. His group also works in partnership with the business segments to bring Bombardier's three new aircraft programs (CSeries, Global 7000/Global 8000 and Learjet 85) to entry-into-service.

Alain Bellemare
Director
Alain Bellemare was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer, Bombardier Inc. on February 13, 2015. He is also a member of the Corporation's Board of Directors.
Prior to his appointment, Mr. Bellemare was President and Chief Executive Officer of UTC Propulsion & Aerospace Systems from July 2012 to January 2015. In this role, he had leadership responsibility for Pratt & Whitney and UTC Aerospace Systems. He led the successful acquisition and integration of Goodrich, which was combined with Hamilton Sundstrand to form UTC Aerospace Systems. His responsibilities also included some of the largest programs in UTC's history, among them the integrated aerospace systems for the Boeing 787, Pratt & Whitney's Geared TurboFan Engine and the F135 engine for the Joint Strike Fighter.
Alain Bellemare began his career with UTC at Pratt & Whitney Canada in 1996 as Vice President of Manufacturing. He held leadership roles of increasing responsibility at UTC including President of Pratt & Whitney Canada (2002), President of Hamilton Sundstrand (2009), and Chief Operating Officer of UTC Propulsion & Aerospace Systems (2011). In these roles, he had global operating business development and strategic planning responsibility for these large aerospace business units.
Before joining Pratt & Whitney Canada, Mr. Bellemare spent more than 12 years in a variety of engineering and manufacturing positions with Kraft Canada and Crown Cork & Seal Canada.
He earned an MBA from McGill University in 1993 and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Sherbrooke in 1985. He specialized in aeronautical engineering at Ecole Nationale Superieure d'Ingenieurs en Construction Aeronautique (ENSICA) in Toulouse, France.
In 2007, Alain Bellemare received the prestigious Flight magazine Publisher's Award in recognition of his leadership in propelling Pratt & Whitney Canada to a position of great strength around the world, and for his contribution to aerospace. In 2006, he received the McGill Management Achievement Award for his community involvement and contributions to the Canadian economy. In 2001, he was honored as Nouveau Performant in recognition for his excellence in management. He also joined the ranks of Canada's Top 40 Under 40(TradeMark) in recognition of his achievements, vision and leadership.
Mr. Bellemare is a member of the Faculty Advisory Board of McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management. He also serves on the Board of the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum.

Ms. Beatrice Weder di Mauro has been a professor of economics, economic policy and international macroeconomics at the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz since 2001 and a research fellow at INSEAD in Singapore. Ms. Weder di Mauro was a member of the German Council of Economic Experts from 2004 to 2012. In 2010, she was a resident scholar at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Washington, DC and, in 2006, a visiting scholar at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Washington, D.C. She was an associate professor of economics at the University of Basel between 1998 and 2001 and a research fellow at the United Nations University in Tokyo from 1997 to 1998. Prior to this, she was an economist at the IMF in Washington, DC. Ms. Weder di Mauro earned her PhD in economics at the University of Basel in 1993 and received her habilitation there in 1999. Laurent Troger

Laurent Troger was appointed as President of Bombardier of Transportation in December 2015. Mr. Troger joined Bombardier Transportation in November 2004 as Vice President of Services in Europe. In 2008, he was promoted to the position of President of Services where he oversaw a major turnaround. In 2013, his role was expanded to include the rolling stock businesses in the United Kingdom, France and Benelux, and he later became President of the Division Western Europe, Middle East and Africa. Per Allmer

Per Allmer was appointed President, Western Europe, Middle East and Africa in January 2015 overseeing the region's rolling stock and services business. Per joined Bombardier in 2001, firstly as project manager in our signalling division before moving on to a number of different positions, mainly in project management and engineering, based in Sweden, Denmark and Australia. From 2004 to 2010, Per led the Rail Control Solutions - Nordic and UK business unit. In 2010, Per moved to Zurich and became President, Bombardier Transportation Propulsion and Controls. As part of his responsibilities, he was accountable for the supply of propulsion and control equipment for Bombardier's various types of trains and locomotives world wide. Prior to joining the Bombardier Transportation Group, Per started his carrier in Asea Hafo, later on he moved to ABB, an international corporation specializing in automation and power technology with operations in 100 countries around the globe which together with Adtranz was acquired by Bombardier Transportation in 2001. Per holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and an Executive MBA.

Douglas Oberhelman

Mr. Douglas R. Oberhelman was, at the time of his retirement in March 2017, Executive Chairman of Caterpillar, of which he had been the Chief Executive Officer from the beginning of 2010 until December 31, 2016. During his 41 years at Caterpillar, Mr. Oberhelman held various executive positions, including Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1995 to 2002 and Group President from 2002 to beginning of 2010. Laurent Beaudoin

Laurent Beaudoin was born in Laurier-Station, Quebec, in 1938. After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree from Sainte-Anne College in Nova Scotia, Mr. Beaudoin went on to complete a Master of Commerce degree at Universite de Sherbrooke. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Ordre des comptables agrees.
He launched his career in Quebec City in 1961 by founding a firm of chartered accountants, Beaudoin & Blais, soon followed by a second firm, Beaudoin, Morin, Dufresne & Associes. He joined L'Auto-Neige Bombardier in 1963 as Comptroller, became General Manager in 1964 and President and CEO in 1966. When he joined the company, it manufactured snowmobiles that had been designed and commercialized by Joseph-Armand Bombardier, the company founder. Mr. Beaudoin subsequently guided Bombardier's growth and diversification, at first into rail transportation and later into aerospace. In June 2008, Mr. Beaudoin handed over to Pierre Beaudoin his responsibilities as chief executive officer, and remained as Chairman of the Board. In February 2015, Mr. Beaudoin retired as Chairman of the Board. He remains a Director of the Corporation and, in recognition of his 50 years at the helm of the Corporation, he was awarded the title of Chairman Emeritus.
Mr. Beaudoin holds honorary doctorates from the following universities: Universite de Montreal (Quebec); in Law from York University (Toronto); in Business Administration from Universite de Sherbrooke (Quebec); in Economics from the University of Sainte-Anne (Nova Scotia); in Civil Law from Bishop's University (Quebec); in Science from Queen's University, Belfast (Northern Ireland); in Law from the University of Toronto; in Engineering from Carleton University (Ottawa); in Law from McGill University in Montreal (Quebec); and in Law from Concordia University in Montreal (Quebec).
He is a Companion of the Order of Canada and an Officer of l'Ordre national du Quebec.
In October 2008, he was the first recipient of the International Michael Smurfit Business Achievement Award from the Ireland Chamber of Commerce, USA. The following month, the Canada China Business Council recognized him with the first Best Global Business Award. On February 26, 2009, the Austrian Government honoured him with the Grand Decoration of Honour in Silver with Star or his services rendered to the Republic of Austria. On September 30, 2010, he received the Prix Hommage de l'Ordre des comptables agreees du Quebec. In January 2011, Mr. Beaudoin was inducted into the Living Legends of Aviation. On December 31, 2013, he was made a Companion of the Order of St Michael and St George "for services to British industry, particularly in Northern Ireland".
Since December 2003, M. Beaudoin has served as Chairman of the Board of Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. In October 2010, he became president of FIRST Robotics Quebec.

Jean-Louis Fontaine

Michael Fohrer

Michael Fohrer was appointed President of Locomotives, Light Rail Vehicles and Services in April 2016. Mr. Cattin-Martel first joined Bombardier Transportation in 2002 to lead the turnaround of the tram-on-tyres business in France. He was promoted to head of Bids and Project Management in the Services Division in 2007, particularly focusing on project performance improvement. From 2010 to 2012, Mr. Cattin-Martel had a dual-role as Managing Director for Bombardier Transportation in India as well as Vice President of the Locomotives and Equipment Division in India. He went on to become Vice President Group Project Management between 2012 and 2014. In 2014 he took over Bombardier's $AUD 3 billion Public-Private Partnership project for the Queensland New Generation Rolling Stock in Australia and went on to be appointed as Vice President for Asia Pacific and Australia, overseeing the sales, production and delivery of rail vehicles and turnkey system projects across the region. Mr. Cattin-Martel began his career in the construction industry in 1990, where he held roles in project management and business development in France and in Asia. He joined Alstom Transport in 1997 working for its Systems Division managing turnkey projects.
